All works may be showcased on my social media for my portfolio (if you haven't paid for the privacy fee);

The model must be prepared for rig (cut) and each piece must be named according to the part that will be animated (otherwise, I will ask for a surcharge);

I reserve the right to decline commission requests;

All communication done through twitter or discord only in writting form

I do not make refunds;

I have full prepayment. If you would like to reserve a place in line, you will be required to pay 50% of the total amount and the remaining 50% when I get to work and it's your turn;

Payment will be made only through Easy Staff (you can pay via PayPal through the exchange) and Vgen in dollar currency;

If you encounter any delays in payment, please let me know! If payment is not made within a week from the date of the agreement, then I will automatically cancel your commission

If you are using a model, then please credit me (@follyanaya or etc.) in an easily accessible place. You can credit me in the biography of page X and on your social media page;

The client is responsible for having an appropriate technical platform to receive, review and use any files supplied by the artist.

The deadline can be from one month to three months or more (It depends on the complexity of the work and my workload);

An additional fee of 40% of the total order price is charged for urgent order fulfillment;

The client receives only (.moc3) with attached files. The project files (.cmo3) are not provided;

During the execution of the work, I will send you the completion process! Feel free to tell me if something needs to be fixed!

You can make several edits for free, and then you will be charged depending on the difficulty! Due to edits, the delivery time may be extended;

Small hotfixes can be made to the models up to one week after the commission has been marked as complete all further changes after the deadline will not be accepted, or a fee will be charged
